Iovance Therapeutics cell therapy center is a centralized, scalable, state-of-the-art manufacturing
facility dedicated to producing life-saving therapies for cancer patients. Located in a 1,200 acre mixed use
neighborhood on the Delaware Riverfront, the LEED Gold certified building balances the programmatic
needs of medical research on a pedestrian-friendly, park-like campus.
Differing height and transparency demands between offices and high-bay manufacturing areas were
addressed through shifts in scale and unifying design elements that add rhythmic shadow and relief to
the expansive volume. The three-story glazed office wing features sculptural pre-cast concrete spandrels
that provide solar shading. The single-story high-bay manufacturing structure is composed of pre-cast
panels. A covered plaza facing the main boulevard draws people in, and an elevated bridge over a
stormwater garden provides a biophilc transition in and out of the workplace.

Architect/Designer
We are seeking a full-time architect or designer with exceptional graphic and illustration skills along with drafting and modeling abilities. The roles and responsibilities of the Architect/Designer position include broad exposure to many aspects of project design and delivery, including participation in developing design concepts, creating presentation materials, working on construction documents, and assisting in construction administration. The ideal candidate should have interiors (FFE) experience and must be a multi-tasking, detail-oriented, hard-working team player.
